Take the Vince DelMonte 29-Week Challenge
The Vince DelMonte Workout was originally designed for small boned and thin young men, like Vince DelMonte himself, who want to gain muscle mass and look more manly, masculine and strong. But anyone who wants to gain muscle mass, including women, is able to benefit from this workout. This workout, which includes performing few repetitions of squats, bench presses and dead-lift exercises while using big and heavy weights in order to create intensity in the workout, is a part of the No Nonsense Muscle Building program package. It is therefore important to work out a different body part each day by performing a different exercise each day in order to allow muscles to rest. There are also videos for educational purposes, as well as an Internet forum, where people can join, share information, and further discuss common interests about gaining muscle mass, workout programs, weight training, healthy eating habits, and offering tips for others who might be inexperienced.
There are different levels in the Vince DelMonte Workout program, which include beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. The person starts out with twenty-nine weeks in the beginning level before advancing to another twenty-nine weeks in the intermediate and advanced levels of the workout. Other exercises in the program are added to create some variety in the program in order to occasionally alternate between different exercises, which include stretching exercises, and work out all the muscles in the body.
